Payment methods

By means of a Credit or Debit Card through the secure platform of the National Bank of Costa Rica, customer data is confidential and is protected by the National Bank. VISA and Masterd Card brands are accepted.

Shipping

The cost of shipping within the metropolitan area is 2,500 colones, with the purchase of 6,000 colones onwards, shipping is Free. The metropolitan area comprises only five kilometers around the central parks of Cartago, Heredia and Alajuela. The entire city of San José. Duration of delivery one day.

 

Outside the metropolitan area, it is sent to any part of Costa Rica through Correos de Costa Rica. The cost is 2,500 colones per kilogram of weight. Duration of delivery three days.

Order cancellation policies

If the customer so wishes, he can cancel his order in a time no longer than one hour after having made the purchase. You must inform us of your decision by email ordenes@getnuts.com .
If you made the payment by credit or debit card, the money will be returned in the next 48 hours, applying a reduction of 10% for bank commissions and administration fee. For these purposes, you must request the refund directly with the bank that issued the card.

Return Policy

As our product is a perishable food, we do not accept product returns.
 

Warranty

All our products are fresh and freshly made, our greatest effort is to satisfy our customers, please if you are not satisfied with the product received, we invite you to write to us at info@getnuts.com and be able to change it.

Deliveries to collect

The customer at the time of purchase must provide their personal data such as full name, identification number, telephone number.
If the customer chooses to pick up at the plant or any GET NUTS location, they must present themselves personally with an identity card or valid identification document, and they must also present the credit / debit card with which the purchase was made.

Contraindications

All Get Nuts products are in contact with Peanuts and are allergens.
